EOU Fixed Asset Accounting manages and secures EOU material assets, and ensures that EOU business transactions are conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

Fixed Asset Accounting Services

  • Maintain centralized inventory control
  • Maintain Banner Fixed Assets
  • Reconcile Banner Finance and Fixed Assets
  • Maintain EOU equipment loan agreement forms
  • Coordinate and conduct annual fixed asset inventory of capitalized equipment
  • Risk Management: maintain records related to replacement and recovery of EOU property/equipment; monitory cost recovery of losses covered by EOU property insurance.
