Great Colleges To Work For Survey

University Council is pleased to announce that EOU is once again participating in the Great Colleges to Work For program! By continuing to participate, we can track our progress and gain valuable internal and external benchmarking.

The Great Colleges program recognizes institutions that have created exceptional work environments. We in the University Council consider this to be an important endeavor and respectfully ask for your participation. You can learn more about this survey by watching this quick video about the “Great Colleges to Work For Survey”.

Things to know:

  • The survey will come in the form of an email from surveys@modernthink.net and the subject will be “The Great Colleges to Work For 2024 Faculty/Staff Survey”.
  • Here is an example of the email you’ll receive
  • Your responses to the survey will be completely confidential.
  • Your participation is entirely voluntary.
  • We will receive a summary report of our survey results, which we will share with the larger community.

When you receive the email invitation, please complete the survey (it takes about 20 minutes) and join us in our efforts to make EOU a great place to work and learn.
