Summer 2025 Dates & Deadlines

Summer registration begins May 1st

Book vouchers are available in May

Summer term starts Monday, June 23rd

Financial Aid Release to EOU Student Accounts in July

Grades are due to the Registrar’s Office by noon Monday, Sept 8th

Official grades will be available Tuesday, Sept 9th at noon

10-week Online Summer Courses: June 23rd – September 5th

The last day to add a summer class in Mountie Hub is June 27th

Drop refund schedule;

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 27th get 100% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 4th get 85% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 11th get 50% tuition refund
• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday, July 18th get 25% tuition refund

Friday, July 18th is the last day for ‘changing grading mode’ (graded to pass/fail)

Friday, August 8th is the last day to withdraw from an individual summer course(s) (by 5:00 pm)

August 29th is the last day to withdraw from EOU (all courses) (by 5:00 pm) and the last day to add a course via Dean’s approval (by 5:00 pm)

Finals week is September 2nd – September 5th (No finals Monday September 1st – Labor Day Holiday)

Summer Term Ends Friday, September 5th

MAT Summer Courses

EOU regular MAT 6-week courses ~ 7/28/2024 – 9/5/2024

• Drop by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 8th to get 100% tuition refund
