Graduation Information

The process

Students apply for graduation through Webster (there is no longer a paper form)

At the bottom of the ‘Student and Financial Aid’ menu in Webster you will see ‘Graduation Application

  • To apply for graduation you must have senior standing, 136 earned credits
  • Students should file their graduation application three terms in advance of the intended graduation date (see chart below for dates)
  • If you have any questions or are uncertain of your degree, major, concentration, or minor please contact your advisor
  • The graduation application is for all degrees, both undergraduate and masters, as well as certificates

Once your application is received a degree audit will be sent to your advisor for review.  The dean will then review your audit.  Once your graduation audit has been approved you will be notified of all remaining degree requirements via your EOU email. You will see the progression of your application in your Degreeworks.
