Title IV refers to the Higher Education Act of 1965, which created federal student financial aid programs.At Eastern Oregon University (EOU), federal regulations require your financial aid to be applied only to current-year institutional charges, unless you give permission to cover additional charges.
Without authorization, non-institutional charges may remain unpaid—even if you receive a refund.
