Parking Permits

Campus parking and vehicular traffic regulations are designed to minimize congestion, maintain safety, enhance security, and maximize the use of existing parking facilities.

Parking permits are available for purchase at the Student Financial Services Office in Inlow Hall, or via the new online purchasing form.

General Parking Permit Cost for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

  • Annual General Parking Permit:   $96.00
  • Term General Parking Permit:  $56.00
  • Reserved Annual Parking Permit: $365.00

Parking Citations & Appeals

Parking citations are issued Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fine for parking without a permit is $30.

An appeal of a parking citation may be submitted to the director of campus security at security@eou.edu for review. Please include your name, ID number, citation number and reason for the appeal request.
