Unmasking Leadership

In a world where we all seem to wear a limitless number of masks (or Instagram filters), it is easy to hide behind false identity. The world doesn’t have to be a masquerade. It’s time that we unmask the power of authenticity and vulnerability. Everyone has a story. Everyone has struggles, insecurities, and flaws. What if we all recognized the power in sharing our truths rather than painting a picture of perfection? The best leaders inspire as they draw from a well of strength and humility that comes from the confidence of being comfortable with oneself – flaws and all.

Through this program, your students will learn how you can connect with others and reach your greatest potential through self-awareness, vulnerability, and confidence in being exactly who you are. Relationship expert, attorney, and entrepreneur may be the titles that Rachel DeAlto wears but in this presentation she will unmask personal struggles AND triumphs which helped her achieve her success. She will engage students with her humor and heart, helping to create a vehicle for the development of empowered leaders throughout your campus.
