NEON invites you to attend this free enrollment event. Find out about local resources and get help completing your Oregon Health Plan, COFA Premiums Assistance Program or Healthcare.gov application for health insurance and financial assistance.

Household information to bring: immigration documentation, social security number and birth-date, employer and income information, federal tax information, policy numbers and plan names for current insurance.

Will take place November 6 from 10am-2pm in the EOU Multicultural Center.
