Sat., Feb. 20, 2021 – 9 am to 1 pm
This workshop is great for students to learn about themselves and it is a great opportunity for your club to learn about making an impact on campus!
Finding Your Why is a program that allows you to examine your personal WHY and what your leadership calling is. This workshop will help you become a more intentional leader, so you can inspire others to do the same. During this workshop you can participate in a series of exercises to help you better understand yourself as a person and your leadership style. You will also be given the opportunity to complete an analysis of your student organization and develop a framework of how you can have the most impact on campus. By the end of the program, you will develop a personal action plan for both yourself and your organization to lead a legacy on campus.
Learning Outcomes
As a result of this program, you will learn more about your personal values, strengths, and opportunities for growth, how to use your motivation and energy to make an impact within your organization, how to understand your own “why” for being involved on campus and choosing to lead an organization, and how to set tangible goals for future improvement
