Bill Antilla

Bill Antilla is President of Threemile Canyons Farms in Boardman, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for the overall financial results, operations, administration, stakeholder, community, and industry partner interactions. The farm is a recognized leader in sustainable agriculture which combines dairy operations with conventional and organic crop farming to create a closed-loop system where nothing is wasted. He joined the company in August of 2021.

Prior to working for Threemile Canyon Farms, Antilla spent 6 years as President & General Manager for Crown Iron Works in Minneapolis, MN. Crown is a global leader in Oilseeds Processing technology and processing systems for the agricultural industry, such oilseed extraction, vegetable oils refining, biodiesel, and renewable diesel. Before that, he spent 26 years with Cargill, Inc. in various leadership, general management, and business development roles in Cargill’s agricultural and food processing businesses in Iowa, Ohio, and Minnesota. The latest as the Vice President and General Manager of Cargill’s North American Industrial Specialties Business Unit.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, he has a BA from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and an MBA in finance from The University of Chicago.
