Accessing Your Patient Portal & Uploading Immunizations
- Go to the My EOU portal.
- Log in using your EOU student credentials.
- From your EOU portal homepage, locate and click on the Student Patient Portal card.
- Once inside the Patient Portal, select Immunizations from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Enter the dates of your vaccines.
- Upload your immunization documentation for verification.
