Programs 

The Eastern Media Services Facility has a variety of programs distributed through its IP Video and various other types of media. 

Some are conceived and produced by the staff of the Facility. Most are produced by other Eastern departments or government agencies. 

These have included:

In addition, the facility has received literally hundreds of programs for viewing in its studios.
Here is a partial list of the programs produced since 1993:
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
The Oregon Health Sciences University at Eastern delivers this degree program through Teleproductions to Oregon Sites including John Day, Burns, Lakeview and Baker City. 

Masters of Nursing Degree
Students from Eastern Oregon can receive a Masters degree in Nursing via IP Video without driving to Portland on a regular basis. 

Masters in Teacher Education
The Eastern School of Education, in conjunction with the Division of Distance Education, offers this Masters program via IP Video to John Day, Burns, Baker City, Enterprise, Pendleton, Ontario, and Bend, Oregon. 

ODOT Public Forum, STIP Meeting
These programs, delivered to the eastern half of Oregon, allowed public testimony on upcoming ODOT plans. 

Foster Parent Licensure Program
The State Office for Services to Children and Families used our facilities to keep foster parents around Oregon trained and certified. This program has saved thousands of dollars in travel costs for trainers. 

Northeast Oregon Area Health Education Center
NEOAHEC, and other AHEC's around the state, have used Teleproductions to deliver "Rapid Extrication", "Medical Office Procedures", "Physical Assessment", and other continuing medical education programs. 

Land Use Commission
The Bureau of Land Management used interactive video to take face-to-face public testimony on land use issues. 

City Council and County Commissioner Forums
These live programs were broadcast via the La Grande and Island City cable TV system prior to the Novemebr 1994 election. Candidates for local government were asked questions from viewers. 

Eastern Video Bulletin
This program, produced as a public service by the Eastern Teleproduction Facility, runs during the school year on the cable TV system. 

Promotional Video Productions
The following videos were produced by the Eastern Teleproductions Facility. They were widely distributed on VHS and shown at booths, public meetings, or legislative sessions.
