• Undergraduate Application, Online or Onsite (regional sites only)
  For freshmen, transfer and post-baccalaureate undergraduate students planning to attend EOU through online courses or onsite at one of our regional centers.
• International Application for Undergraduate or Graduate, La Grande Campus
  For international students planning to attend EOU’s main campus in La Grande, Ore.
