Undergraduate Application

Submit an undergraduate application if you are applying to an Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or Bachelor of Applied Sciences. Currently attending high school, or graduated from high school. Currently attending community college or graduated from a regionally accredited community college or university, or hold a GED.

  1. Step 1: Submit your application

    Complete the application for undergraduate admission and pay the $50.00 application fee.

  2. Step 2: Request official transcripts from your high school

    Request that official transcripts are sent from your high school now and after graduation (final high school transcript), as well as from all colleges you have attended.
  3. Step 3: Send proof of your immunization history

  4. Step 4: Await Decision

Graduate Application

Submit a graduate application if you are applying to a masters program or for a graduate certificate or endorsement, and have earned a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

    Fill out the graduate application.
  2. Step 2: View the program requirements

    Each graduate program has unique admission requirements. Use the button below to find your program and see what you need to do to be admitted.
  3. Step 3: Await your decision

Supplementary Applications: Education Programs

Students applying to the Early Childhood, Elementary, or Special Education programs must first apply and be accepted to EOU. To be admitted into these specific programs, students must also have completed all lower-division coursework (typically the equivalent of freshman and sophomore years).

    Complete the application for undergraduate admission to Eastern Oregon University.

Non-degree application

For students who wish to take courses but do not plan to pursue a degree. Non-degree students do not qualify for financial aid. Non-degree students are part-time students and are expected to enroll in no more than eight credits per term.
