The Eastern Oregon Teacher Academy (EOTA) serves to bring the best and brightest together to learn about the teaching profession.  EOTA is specifically geared towards high school students considering a degree in teaching and current paraprofessionals that wish to earn a teaching degree.
Activities include participating in seminars on leadership and self-improvement and having the opportunity to listen to and interact with faculty, current College of Education students, and highly accomplished educators.
