In this step you will need your team to round up as much useful information that can be converted into a format that can be adoptable by the web. This can include but is not limited to, pictures, documents, maps, team bio’s, mission statement and various other typical Q and A info that general public would like to know. The more useful content you gather the fuller your website will be and the more helpful to your users it will become. But on the other hand to much information that is not properly organized can lead to confusion and frustration of your users.
