To begin, it is important to create a timeline for the overall project. This timeline will help to keep the group on task. Also, creating a budget and framework will make sure that the group stays on task.

Having a team helps to foster better and open communication when working on a project. With a project that has this many steps, a team will be more effective due to the amount of skills that are brought to the table.

With a project this large, it was beneficial to have a website. Information was communicated faster to those who were interested with the project, and more information was able to be shared.
