EOU Foundation Scholarships
The First Citizen Award
The First Citizen Award was created to encourage Native American students to enroll and complete a four-year degree from Eastern Oregon University. The First Citizen Award is endowed through the Eastern Oregon University Foundation. The First Citizen Award is renewable up to four years and has an option to increase in award amount each year student maintains all eligibility requirements.

Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Scholarship
The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Umatilla County, Ore., created a scholarship to support students, who are members of the CTUIR tribe, pursue studies of higher education at EOU.
