Position SummaryThe Early College Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist is responsible for analyzing data, creating insightful reports, and producing certificates to support EOU’s Early College Initiatives. This position works up to 10 hours weekly, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with the standards in Banner, Google Office, and Canva.
Responsibilities– Maintain pre-developed databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
– Create customized certificates using Canva based on predefined templates and requirements.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on reports and certificates ensuring compliance with standards in Banner, Google Office, and Canva.
– Demonstrate commitment to the university’s core values by maintaining a professional demeanor.
Minimum Qualifications·        School year preferences – Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Masters
Preferred Qualifications·        Proficiency in Banner, Google Office Platform, and Excel.
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the ECI team.
·         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
