Club and Department Deposits

Club and department deposits may be made at the Student Financial Services Office from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm daily. Deposits must be made on a weekly basis and must be accompanied by a miscellaneous deposit form obtained through Student Activities. The miscellaneous deposit form can also be obtained through the link below. The club or department index as well as an account code should be included on the deposit form. Please use an index code when appropriate. Deposit forms must have cash and checks itemized separately. Checks must be added twice with the two adding machine tapes attached. Checks held over a week without prior notice may not be accepted.
