Before moving out, you must make an appointment with an Area Coordinator or the Director for Housing to receive check-out materials. You can make an appointment by calling 541-962-3553 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are moving out at the end of fall or winter term, please notify your Resident Assistant and the Residence Life Office at least 24 hours prior to checking out. Follow the instructions on the checkout checklist provided by the Residence Life Office. Failure to properly checkout may result in additional room and board charges until such time as a proper checkout is complete.
At the end of spring term, your Resident Assistant will provide you with the checkout checklist for proper checkout.
