EOU’s undergraduate initial teacher preparation in elementary education spans two years, pairing coursework alongside practical classroom experiences every term and culminates with full-time student teaching. The program prepares candidates for an Oregon teaching license with two endorsements, Elementary – Multiple Subjects and ESOL, in a cohort setting, building a strong sense of community among students, faculty and staff.
Angela Vossenkuhl’s passion is preparing pre-service teachers to begin their careers as educators through coursework and field work supervision. Angela has spent the last 15 years promoting inclusion through Bike First! She also enjoys traveling (and guiding students through cultural experiences Germany), gardening and supporting her children in their adventures.
