Eastern Oregon University Names LeeAnn Case as Vice President for Finance and Administration

LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is pleased to announce that LeeAnn Case has been named Vice President for Finance and Administration effective January 1, 2025. She brings over 30 years of experience in higher education leadership, with a proven record of excellence in financial strategy, fund accounting, and reporting.
Case has held progressive leadership roles at the university, most recently serving as interim Vice President and Associate Vice President for Finance and Administration at EOU. Her previous experience includes Associate Vice President for Business and Auxiliary Services at Eastern Washington University and Director of Business Affairs at EOU. Case holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from EOU.
“LeeAnn’s leadership and collaborative spirit have been widely recognized across the University.” EOU President Kelly A. Ryan, Ph.D. said. “She has a deep commitment to EOU, and her student-centered focus is helping us shape a new path forward.”
During her tenure at EOU, Case streamlined financial processes to improve efficiency and achieve cost savings. She aligned financial strategies with institutional goals, ensuring long-term fiscal sustainability. She has consistently prioritized the student experience by promoting affordability, accessibility, and academic excellence.
