The Board of Trustees of Eastern Oregon University will hold its annual retreat on Monday and Tuesday, August 9-10, 2021 at the La Grande Country Club. The public is invited to attend in person or may phone in to listen to the meeting. This meeting will not be livestreamed.

Face masks are required if attending in person. During a portion of each day’s agenda, the board will be breaking into small groups for discussion.

Written comment or requests to give oral comment must be received by 3:00 p.m. Friday, 8/6. Written comment may be submitted electronically to board@eou.edu or mailed to the Office of the General Counsel and Board Secretary at One University Blvd, Inlow Hall 216, La Grande, OR, 97850. Written comment received by the deadline will be shared with the trustees prior to the meeting.

Requests to give oral comment, remotely by phone or in person, must be submitted via the Board Public Comment Request Form. An email response will be sent with further details. Oral public comment can only be given during the public comment section of the meeting, scheduled from 1:15 to 1:25 on Monday, August 9.
