The Board of Trustees of Eastern Oregon University will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person on the EOU campus and virtually by Zoom session. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to maintain adequate social distancing within the meeting space, we are unable to accommodate in-person attendance by the public.  Oral public comment will be available via Zoom video conferencing. Library Name Public Comment: Written comments received by November 9 via the Library Written Public Comment Form will be shared with the Trustees prior to the meeting.  Individuals wishing to provide oral comment must submit their requests by November 9 through the Library Oral Public Comment Form. Time constraints may limit the number of people allowed to make oral comments. Speakers selected will reflect a spectrum of viewpoints. Oral comment on the library will be presented through Zoom during this agenda topic.

Public Comment (Non-Library): Written comments received by November 9 via the Board Public Comment Request Form will be shared with the Trustees prior to the meeting. Individuals wishing to provide oral comment must submit a request to board@eou.edu by November 9. Oral comments for non-library agenda topics will be received through Zoom during the Public Comment section of the agenda.
