Number, title, credit and/or content

• Course Action form
• Syllabus -Current and revised w/track changes
• Syllabus – Revised clean copy
• If the course is Gen Ed, you also need to complete Gen Ed paperwork (GEC form) to indicate how the revised course meets the Gen Ed requirements.
• Recommendation to keep or delete current course number (this information is needed for record keeping).
• Current courses are found on the catalog page Course Descriptions

Small change in a catalog description

If you are proposing a small change in the description wording, the change can be submitted during catalog updates.

Changing a pre-requisite

Pre-Requisite Change Request Form (submitted by the deans office)

Deleting a course from the catalog

• Course Action form  
• Notify all programs that could potentially be affected by the deletion
