Curriculum Leadership Certificate

The purpose of the Curriculum Leadership certificate is to build upon the foundation of initial teacher preparation and classroom experience to support in service teachers with skills to provide effective curriculum leadership, including mentoring PK-12 professionals. The 15-credit graduate program is designed with the following in mind:

• Nurturing professional growth in self and others
• Valuing collaboration and complementarity by building on strengths and being patient with the change process
• Reflecting on the practice of self and others, as well as guiding others through reflection
• Fostering culturally responsive and equitable practices
