Our Economics degree is a 61 to 64-credit major in the College of Business that can either be taken on-campus or completely online. Not only does our program prepare you to pursue careers as an economist with businesses or government agencies, but also provides a strong foundation for those seeking graduate studies in Economics.
Dr. Peter Maille has been a Peace Corps Volunteer, worked for a non-profit, worked for the Federal Government, ran a small business, and earned three more degrees including a Ph.D. in economics. He found that he is committed to doing his very best to teach our students about household and firm behavior, and his specializations are in environmental economics and development economics.
