Have a question that you just can’t figure out who to call at EOU?
The Virtual Lounge provides online live support from the Student Success Coordinator’s office. The chat provides instant feedback to students when you have a question about services that you would generally come to campus to find. If the question cannot be answered or similar questions come up, a department will be invited to join the chat during a future time in order to get answers to as many students as possible.
We understand that many online students are online because they are working or have other obligations. We are expanding our times to three offerings at times when people are often not working. People are sometimes not near a computer so one of the advantages of this chat room is that you can get on your phone and chat if you are just on your lunch break.
The times for the open chat will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-1:00pm and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm (pacific time) All information that is sent in will only be seen by the coordinator and not other students in the chatroom so you can share information that is specific to you if you would like.
