Graduate Reading Intervention Endorsement – 24 Credit Program

  • Praxis 5302 Score _______ (Minimum of 164 required):
  • Fulfillment of Reading Instruction: Program Standards Expectations _______ ED 591 (16-17+)
  • Fulfillment of Instruction on Dyslexia and other Reading Difficulties: Program Standards Expectations ________ ED 590 and ED 591 (16-17) _______ ED 591 (17-18+)
  • Licensure with the sate of Oregon is required in order for Easter Oregon University (EOU) to recommend for the reading intervention endorsement in Oregon upon completion of the program.
  • The Reading Program Coordinator has the authority to determine if courses can be used in place of any of the courses listed in this audit. Official transcripts submitted to EOU of all courses applied toward the endorsement are required.
  • MS students may apply the full 24 credits toward the focus area (ED 590, ED 591, ED 593, ED 564, and ED 581) and electives (ED 568, ED 592, and ED 594) requirements.
