Lupita Garcia, widely known as Bad Apple, is a testament to howpassion, dedication, and artistry can pave the way for growth and success.Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Lupita has made Idaho her home,where she continues to push creative boundaries in the art and tattooingindustries.
With a lifelong artistic background, Lupita’s journey into professionaltattooing began in Caldwell, Idaho, where she honed her craft andestablished herself as a sought-after tattoo artist. Mastering a wide range ofartistic mediums—from murals and paintings to woodburning andwoodcarving—she has built a reputation for creating unique, original, anddeeply meaningful artwork. In the tattooing world, she is recognized for herversatility across styles, with a specialty in line work and black and greytattoos, transforming clients’ visions into reality.
As a Owner of Stay True Tattoo Collective in Meridian, Idaho, Lupitacontinues to inspire both fellow artists and clients through her innovativetechniques and commitment to high-quality artistry. Beyond tattooing, sheis also the CEO of Sin Miedo, a clothing brand that reflects her fearlessapproach to creativity and self-expression.
In 2019, Lupita founded Toys for Tatts, a charitable initiative that combinesher love for tattooing with a mission to give back to the community.Through this event, tattoo artists from Stay True Tattoo Collective and otherlocal shops come together to raise funds and collect toys for local nonprofitorganizations, including Family Community Resource Centers of Nampa,La Adelita Migrant Seasonal Head Start, Boise Rescue Mission, andBreaking Chains Academy.
