Professional Letter of Recommendation Information – When filling out your application, you will need to know the following information about the person that you are listing as a reference.

  • The type of reference: Academic Leadership or Professional (We will not accept Personal Letters of Recommendation)
  • First and Last Name
  • Organization
  • Position/Title
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • You also have the option to send a personal message to the recommender.
