Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:– Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors primarily in person and occasionally by phone, and email.
– Maintain information center and food pantry tracking documents
– Provide accurate campus information and referrals. 
– Support planning, set-up, and tear-down for ESS events.
– Receive, sort, unpack, and stock pantry items.
– Perform general office tasks as needed(data entry, filing, photocopying,).
-Label, count, update, and maintain inventory for ESS supplies.
Minimum Qualifications:– Must be enrolled at EOU (on campus or online) with at least 6 credits
– Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Preferred Qualifications:– Previous customer service or office/clerical experience
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
– Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, copier, computer)
– Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
