Mountaineer Success Team Program

Mountaineer Success Team Program

What is the Mountaineer Success Team Program?

The Mountaineer Success Team Program (MSTP) was launched in fall 2024 as a long-term student success initiative designed to enhance student support and engagement. The MSTP provides a coordinated approach to ensuring that all students have access to the resources and relationships they need in order to be successful at EOU.

MSTP integrates existing student support services by connecting academic advisors, faculty, mentors, athletic coaches, multicultural leaders, success guides and more into a unified network. Through this initiative, students have access to their own personalized Success Team, making it easier than ever to find guidance, schedule appointments, seek resources, and navigate university life.

How MSTP Benefits Students:

  • Personalized Guidance: Each student is connected to a dedicated Success Team.
  • Seamless Access to Support: Students can schedule meetings with advisors, mentors, and coaches directly through their EOU portal using the APPT card.
  • Enhanced Campus Engagement: MSTP encourages students to get involved and build their sense of belonging at EOU.
