How to Apply for Housing and Dining

Step By Step

Access the Mountie Hub through the MY.EOU Portal that is located at the top of all EOU Webpages.
- If you have not set up your MY.EOU account, Contact the It help Desk at helpdesk@eou.edu or 541-962-311
Enter your EOU Email or username. Then Enter the password associated with your account. Your password is the same as your email password. If you have forgotten your password, choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
Search EOU Housing Portal
Chose the EOU Housing Portal
Click ‘Applications & Forms’ and choose the application you want to fill out.
- First-year student housing: First year students who enroll at EOU within one year of high school graduation for 8 credits or more regardless of class standing.
- Returning student housing: Students who have previously lived in on-campus housing.
- Transfer Student Housing: Students who are in upper-division standing and have not previously lived on campus.
Read through the Room and Dining Contract. Type your full name or draw your signature with the pad to sign the Room and Dining Contract.
- Press Continue
Complete your personal Informaiton.
- These questions are what we use when we assign roommates, so please answer as completely as possible.
Enter your Contact and Address
- This does not have to be the same as the Emergency Contact Listed above.
Chose a Meal plan
- If you are living in North or Daugherty Hall, you will be required to have a meal plan for th year.
- If you are an upperclassman living in Alikut or Eocene, you can chose the ‘Do Not Select a Meal Plan’ button.
- Prices listed are for the Fall term only.
- Click Submit.
Once the application is submitted, there will be a completion screen and you will receive an email to your EOU email.
To complete the application process, you will need to submit your housing deposit.
To pay the housing deposit, visit the EOU Payment Portal: How to pay housing deposit
- Chose the Housing Deposit as what you would like to pay and select ‘Add to payment’
- Click check out and it will take you to the “How would you like to pay?” tab. Input your payment information here.
- Complete the 3rd step. You’ll need to agree to the Terms and conditions. Then submit your payment. After that you’ll be sent to a confirmation page.
