Human Resources Student Office Assistant

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive environment. The position is located in the HR office, providing a mix of clerical work and real-world exposure to HR operations such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Experiential Learning:Students will learn about HR processes, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. They will also enhance their use of technology to increase efficiency.​
Professional Development:Students will receive HR-specific training and participate in HR projects learning about the industry.
Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:·  Scanning and uploading documents to HR systems
·  Assisting with employee data updates and ensuring data integrity
·  Assisting with special HR projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:·  Knowledge of Excel and Word Required
Preferred Qualifications:· Prior experience in an administrative role, customer service, or office management
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:– Use of various electronic software
– Demonstrated high standard of accuracy and diligence
– Knowledge of HR-industry concepts and procedures
