Job Duration Fall 2025 through Spring 2026. Working during enrollment breaks is welcomed but not expected. Students must be enrolled in the upcoming term to work during breaks.
Type of work schedule Flex schedule – agreed upon. Mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday.

Experiential Learning:Students will gain valuable experience in communication, technical systems, and student advising. They will develop skills in data management, event coordination, and teamwork—valuable for careers in education, business, or any student-facing profession.
Professional Development:Students will receive hands-on training in FAST, Banner, Slate, Excel, and LMS systems. This position provides a strong foundation in student services and data management, preparing students for roles in higher education or administrative fields.
Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:– Assist high school and early college students with application processes and general inquiries
– Upload student financial responsibility documents into digital systems
– Maintain updated rosters and student records
– Support the planning and execution of on-campus events
– Collaborate with the Early College Initiatives team on retention strategies
– Participate in regular training in Banner, FAST, LMS, and Excel
Minimum Qualifications:– Attention to detail and professionalism
– Interest in supporting students and working in higher education
– Good academic standing with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:– Prior experience in student leadership roles or similar positions.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
