Job Duration Academic year (Fall 2025 – Spring 2026); not expected to work during enrollment breaks.
Type of work schedule Flexible daytime hours, to be determined with supervisor.

Experiential Learning:Students in this role will develop skills in office administration, project support, technology proficiency, content creation, problem solving, peer support, and professional growth. These experiences will strengthen transferable skills valuable in future careers.
Professional Development:Students may participate in peer support training, regular supervisor check-ins, and structured evaluations (mid-term and end-of-term). The role provides opportunities to build confidence in professional communication, organization, and event engagement strategies.
Summary of Job Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:– Provide office and administrative support
– Assist with marketing and student engagement initiatives
– Support student success programming
– Contribute to special projects and event support
– Collaborate with peers and provide problem-solving assistance
Minimum Qualifications:– Must be an enrolled EOU student
– Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:– Experience in office administration or student engagement
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
– Comfort with technology and content creation
– Strong problem-solving and peer support abilities
