Join us for a weekend full of Mountaineer spirit as alumni, families, students, and fans come together for one of the most anticipated celebrations of the year—EOU Homecoming 2025. Whether you’re teeing off, marching downtown, cheering from the Tailgate Zone, or reconnecting with teammates, this year’s lineup is packed with events for everyone.
Thursday, October 9
Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
6 p.m. | David E. Gilbert Center
Formal induction of this year’s class will be held on Thursday, October 9th. A hosted social will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the David E. Gilbert Center, followed by the awards presentation at 6:30 p.m. The athletic award recipients include the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Men’s Basketball Teams, the 2003 Men’s Track & Field Team, Kyle Washburn and Phillip Busby for Football, Michael Meek for the Mountaineer Athletic Legacy Award, and Rob & Carrie Lane for Meritorious Athletic Service.

Start your Homecoming weekend on the green. The annual MAA Golf Scramble supports student-athletes and offers a fun, competitive way to kick off the festivities.
Mountaineer March – Parade in Downtown La Grande

Show your blue and gold pride as EOU takes to the streets. The Mountaineer March brings student groups, alumni, athletes, and the community together in a high-energy Homecoming parade down Adams Avenue.
Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Celebrate the legends. Join us as we induct the newest class of Mountaineer greats into the EOU Athletics Hall of Fame. Final details on date and location will be announced soon.
