[2] A one time $120 Matriculation fee is assessed on all new and transfer students.

[4] $39 of Health Service Fee for health insurance is required for 6 or more credit hours. All international students may be required to pay $220 per term for international health insurance regardless of the number of credits.

Admission Fee $50 - One time fee (Non-Refundable)
Matriculation Fee $120 - One time fee (Non-Refundable)
Degree Planning Workshops $50 - One time fee (Non-Refundable)
Agency Sponsored Learning (ASL) $50 per credit 
Assessment of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL)
$50 per credit 
Writing Proficiency Exam (WPE) $15 per exam (Non-Refundable)
Late Payment Fee $100 (See EOU Student Accounts for details)
Additional fees for Labs, Tickets, Field Trips, and Materials may apply and varies per course. Please see course description for details.
