The reconstruction of the Grand Staircase is to start between the end of May and the beginning of June 2024, with anticipated completion date by the end of November 2024.
Work on the Inlow Hall Phase II continues to progress. On the exterior of the building the new windows and being installed and the roof is being prepped to start install of the new clay tile. On the interior of the building the electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, insulation and drywall are being installed.
Mike Becker General Contractor was awarded the contract for the Inlow Hall Phase II Generator Replacement. The project will span over the next to summers of 2024 and 2025. Construction updates will follow as they become available.
