Requests or changes made on the same day will be charged double the normal rate. This includes the day before a Holiday or weekend where A/V Tech has scheduled time off. Overtime is an additional charge. (See overtime policy)
It is imperative that requests for A/V Equpment be made in advance. However, unexpected needs do arrive. Should you need equipment not requested in advance, a triple rate will be applied.
Subject to inventory constraints and the discretion of A/V Services, some equipment may be checked out for extended periods of time. Number of pieces of equipment may be limited. A monthly rate will be applied. Data and Video Projectors do not apply to Long Term Checkout.
Any Overtime incurred by A/V personnel will
be
billed
to the responsible party. The necessity for overtime will be determined
by the A/V Tech, and will include such factors as location of A/V
setup,
length of time and situation where equipment is left unattended,
complexity
of request, Holidays or other scheduled time off, amount of advance
notice
of extra labor required, availability of locations for setup during
normal
business hours, and other factors.
**Audio Visual office hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. Should a
set up or take down be required outside of 8:30am -4:30pm, overtime
charges will be applied.
School or Department sponsoring or organizing the event is responsible for any damage to A/V equipment requested or used at the event. Assessment of damage and costs will be made by A/V Tech.

A request made less than 24 hours prior to the set up of the event will be billed an additional charge of $20 plus Overtime (see Overtime Policy). Less than 24 hours means the request is made the business day before the setup or in the case of a Monday set up, the request is made the Friday before.
Requests or changes made on the same day will be billed an additional charge of $30 plus Overtime (see Overtime Policy). Same Day Requests include Friday for a weekend setup, or the day before a holiday.

Actual fees will be determined by A/V Tech depending on situation, labor and/or overtime involved.
Late fees on non-returned A/V equipment will be assessed Double the daily rate for the first week or any portion thereof, and Triple the daily rate thereafter.
Agency, organization or person sponsoring or organizing event is responsible for any damage to A/V equipment requested or used at the event. Assessment of damages will be made by the A/V Tech.
