How to Create a Distribution List:
1. click on New Contact
2. type the name you want the list called in ‘Surname’
3. click on the tab labeled Distribution List
4. type a few letters of the last name followed by the * and click search all folders – choose the correct person from the Search Result list and click Add
5. You can add a new name in the independent eMail field, but they will not be added to your contact list – only to the Distribution List.
6. click SAVE
How to Edit an Already Created Distribution List:
1. click on the icon to the left of the contact (the happy face or an envelope)
2. click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner to change
3. click on the distribution list tab
4. to delete an address find the name in the Attached list, click on it and push Delete.
5. to add more addresses type a name into the field and click search – click on the correct person and click Add.
6. click SAVE
NOTE: if you are searching for an address to add to the list, try typing in a few letters of the last name and then the * - you will have better luck finding the address.
How to Send Using a Distribution List:
1. Create a new message
2. Click on the TO and it opens a search window. (instead of typing an email address into the TO: field click on the word TO - it is a link and will take you to the window that allows you to search for an email address)
3. Type in the name (or portion of the name) followed by an * that you are looking for. Click on the name in the list that you wish to use and then click on the TO at the bottom of the screen. The addresses from the list will appear and then you click OK.
