Transfer a Call Using the 2500 Set (Small black phone)

  1. If you have a redial, recall or flash button: Press the redial, recall or flash button and dial the number you are transferring to.
  2. Press the redial, recall, or flash button again. You may either stay on the line or hang up.
  3. If you don’t have a redial button, press the hang up button very fast. Hit the flash button and You should get a dial tone.
  4. Dial the number you are transferring to, and then press flash again. You may either stay on the line or hang up.
