Webster Information Page
What is my User ID?
This is your student ID number. Normally, this is your social security number or your EOU Student ID number.
What is my PIN?
PIN numbers are assigned automatically to students when they have been admitted to EOU or have applied for financial aid. If you need a PIN to access Webster, follow this link for more information about the PIN.
The PIN is your Personal Identification Number. By using your PIN to access information (or accept aid) it is the same as signing your name to a document.
If you have not logged in to Webster before, your PIN will be your date of birth in this format: YYMMDD. ( For example if your birth date was 12/25/70 then you would input it as 701225.)
Once you have logged in to Webster for the first time, you will be asked to select a new PIN, as well as enter a security question. The security question will allow you to get your PIN sent to you if you forget it. You can also contact The Financial Aid Office if you are having trouble with your PIN. Our telephone is (541) 962-3550 or you can email us at fao@eou.edu.
