When sending electronic transcripts, please be sure that the recipient will accept electronic transcripts and that you have the correct email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please contact the Registrar&#8217;s Office immediately if you receive notification that your transcript was not received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds for incorrect orders will not be issued.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transcripts will not be printed if there are holds on the student account. Holds must be cleared by the appropriate office. If you cannot view your holds via Mountie Hub, please contact the Registrar\u2019s Office at (541) 962-3607 or at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:registrar@eou.edu\" target=\"_blank\">registrar@eou.edu<\/a>. <\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EOU Official Transcripts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eou.edu\/registrar\/files\/2021\/12\/ParchmentLogo-Primary-withTagline-Color.png\" alt=\"Parchment logo\" class=\"wp-image-3123\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you choose to have either type of transcript sent to yourself, the transcript will have a watermark printed on it stating \u201cISSUED TO STUDENT\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your chosen recipient does not automatically populate, you will be given the opportunity to insert the desired email or select NO to be directed to the postal mailing information page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All transcripts sent electronically will be sent via a secure portal. Once the file has been opened access to the transcript will be available for 24 hours. The recipient will need to either print or download the file to retain a copy. After the 24-hour window, the transcript cannot be accessed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will place your order and will be required to complete and return a consent form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>$10.00<\/strong> payment will be made directly through the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/34281\/account\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Parchment&#8221; website<\/a>. Standard processing time is within 3-5 business days and will be sent using 1st Class US Mail. Certain times during the term have increased request loads so paper processing may be delayed for up to 10 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcripts will not be printed until payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education records are protected by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
