Eastern Oregon University–Providing student internship opportunities, faculty mentors, trail concept review committee members, office space, and web hosting services.
Oregon Department of Parks and Recreation–Providing project mentors, conducting rail corridor physical assessment, and historic and cultural properties survey.
Regional Solutions Center–Providing facilitation, meeting spaces, conference call support, student internship tuition remission, and project mentors.
Wallowa-Union Historic Trail Consortium — Providing research support, project mentors, trail photos, and community connections.
Oregon Parks & Recreation Department: Trail Network Team–Providing technical advice on trail related questions.
Wallowa Union Railroad Authority–Providing oversight, project review, and project mentors.
