This process replaces paper timesheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>All EOU employees (Staff, Faculty &amp; Students) are responsible for entering and submitting their hours worked every pay period.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervisors are responsible for approving the hours worked. Once the supervisor has approved the hours, the employee&#8217;s\u00a0hours are automatically loaded into the payroll process for payment. Supervisors are also responsible for sending their new student employees to the Payroll office to ensure their paperwork is complete before their first shift. Supervisors are also responsible for verifying with Human Resources that all paperwork is complete and sent to Payroll for entry. Once entered by Payroll, the timesheet will be created in Mountie Hub for the employee&#8217;s use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EOU Faculty &amp; Administrative Professionals<\/strong><br>These employees are responsible for submitting their timesheet by the 5th of the month ONLY IF any leave was taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EOU Classified Staff<\/strong><br>Full-time employees will be responsible for submitting timesheets by the 5th of the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example: A Classified timesheet for the month of March is due by April 5th.
