December 16, 2011 LA GRANDE, Ore. (EOU) – While students are enjoying time away from classes over the winter break, EOU will follow suit and close Dec. 19-26.

Essential services such as campus security will continue to operate during the break. The university will reopen for business on Tuesday, Dec. 27. Monday, Dec. 26 is a recognized state holiday.
