Up first is Mountaineer Monday June 22 from 5-7 p.m. at The Fields Bar & Grill, 1139 NW 11th Ave. in Portland. Meet Anji Weissenfluh, EOU athletic director and head women’s basketball coach, and network with other alumni and business professionals during this no-host happy hour.

Mountaineer Monday locations rotate throughout the Portland metro area and will be posted on the alumni website at www.eou.edu/alumni.
Other gatherings include the Boise Hawks baseball game July 31, the Portland Timbers soccer game August 7, and the Central Oregon Beer Festival August 13, featuring a lecture by Jeff Dense, EOU professor of political science and craft beer studies.
A reunion for former EOU Ambassadors is also being planned during Homecoming October 16-17. Visit www.eou.edu/alumni/homecoming for details.
“The summer alumni event series is a great way to engage alumni near and far, and keep them updated on all things EOU,” said Bob McMillan, Alumni Association president.
“This year, we have partnered with Student Services and Admissions to boost attendance of prospective and current students in order to encourage networking with our alumni,” McMillan added. “I look forward to meeting and reconnecting with fellow EOU graduates!”
